"Ash was the most focused, diligent, and ethical CEO I have worked for in the business. His business methodologies and focus will make him an asset to any organization portraying professionalism in every aspect of the word. It would be my pleasure to work with him in any future endeavor. He was involved in every aspect of the organization and rolled up his sleeves to help close business in the field. If you want a corporate leader to lead by example, Ash will exemplify that in every aspect of his nature. His business driven ethics make him successful with integrity, composure and confidence you want to lead your organization down the path to success."

"Ash did a great job in managing various brand projects for Sweet Leaf in 2008. Ash is growth-oriented yet very cost-conscious and intent on ensuring high measurable ROI on all of his work. Ash is a strong generalist and is well-versed in many different functional areas, particularly marketing, sales, IT, and finance. Ash excels at instilling operational discipline in emerging growth companies. Ash definitely increased the enterprise value of Sweet Leaf as a direct result of his contributions in 2008."

"Ash managed our national demo program and did an amazing job. He hired and trained over 50 people in less than 3 weeks in 8 cities across the US. This entailed over 300 face to face interviews, many more over the phone and countless red-eye flights in order to launch the program on the target date, which he was able to do. Ash created and implemented the reporting system to measure the effectiveness of this program. The program resulted in approximately 45% growth in the natural channel for Sweet Leaf Tea which proved a very good ROI, exceeding our expectations.
We also had Ash create and managing our on-line communities. This initiative has been very successful.
Finally, Ash established our brand in the quick service restaurant (QSR) channel, landing accounts such as Pot Belly's (210 stores) and Jason's Deli (170 stores) as well as Harry & David Outlet Mall Stores (140 locations) and others.
It's difficult to list all of Ash's talents. He's technologically savvy, has great people skills, high integrity, very fast learner, strong management skills (inspires people), resourceful, creative and the list goes on. I would highly recommend Ash and Sweet Leaf looks forward to working with Ash again on projects in the future."

"I've known Ash since Fall of 1994. Since then, I've had the pleasure to mentor him and to observe his successes and marvel at his network of contacts from all over the world. Ash is the most entrepreneurial student I've ever taught (he took 3 courses from me), was a CEO in his mid-20's, is extraordinarily hard working, immensely creative, a gifted business person, and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Ash unreservedly."

"I had the pleasure of working with Ash for 3 years at Emergisoft Corporation. He led the company on a significant turnaround effort that included a new software platform and a massive marketing campaign for the EDIS product. Ash was quick to recognize employee achievements, and he always treated the Emergisoft team as a family. I consider Ash's tenure at Emergisoft a success, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with him again."

"Ash Huzenlaub has generously given his time to educate and mentor Texas high school entrepreneurs competing for scholarships in the TCU Texas Youth Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. For five years, Ash has provided a day of education for these young entrepreneurs, sharing his own experiences as a young entrepreneur, inspiring the students to think big, take risks, and promote themselves and their businesses. He challenged their thinking about their own businesses and gave valuable tips on how to improve their performance. Before and after the day of education, Ash networked with the students one-on-one and offered support for them after they went to college. In one case, Ash was invited, by a former high school entrepreneur, to share his story with a Wharton School of Business class of entrepreneurs. Ash is a valuable asset to the TCU Texas Youth Entrepreneur program and we will welcome his participation as often as he has time to devote to it."

"I have known Ash since he was a young entrepreneur at Texas Christian University. His drive and energy helped to create a Center at that institution that is now widely recognized and he did it while and undergraduate student. His work as the CEO of a medical records company was outstanding and his drive and skills at opportunity recognition and building firms is rarely matched by anyone his age. I strongly recommend Ash for any position that will allow his leadership skills and entrepreneurial drive to be used."

"My very first encounter with Mr. Huzenlaub was when he took charge of Emergisoft as the Chief Operating Officer in May of 2002, with a charge of streamlining the existing product line. In particular, Mr. Huzenlaub took to all promises and commitments that the previous management made in spite of their attainment being unachievable. His determination, people skills and understanding of software development and the healthcare industry made all employees to take to him in a short period of time. Mr. Huzenlaub resumed duties of a Chief Executive Officer like a duck to water soon after.
Emergisoft is a product company that designs and develops computer software for automation of one of the most critical departments of a Hospital viz., the Emergency Department. The critical and sensitive nature of this segment requires the software delivered meet stringent clinical and government privacy standards and Mr. Huzenlaub ensured that I had all of his time and resources to achieve the impossible feat of developing two generations of a product in a 4 year time span. In contrast, the previous management worked on the previous generation of the product for over 12 years which Mr. Huzenlaub was instrumental in sun-setting due to the nature of negative impact this product had in operating expenses of the company. I applaud his quick thinking, decision making, assertiveness, support and most importantly his leadership that has changed the image of Emergisoft Corporation forever in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Huzenlaub has all the qualities of a top notch leader to be able to take on a role at the helm of any company and make that marked difference."

"I served on the Board of Directors with Ash in 2003. Ash was a central ingredient in the company's transition from a public to private entity which was a critical step in righting the ship. Ash's numerous experiences while CEO of Emergisoft showed he knows how to strategize and execute at the operational level in very complex and fast changing situations. He had the energy and commitment needed for this hands-on management situation and was successful at building a management team for the core operational components of the business. Ash is a grounded individual with significant intellect, drive and passion."
